Remote Sales Support Representative
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for supporting the actions and contributing to the success of all sales initiatives that enable the Choice Corporate Sales team to achieve revenue targets and form beneficial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Daily activities could include administrative support and problem resolution in a variety of areas including tracking, analyzing, reporting, systems research, organized sales initiatives, and customer support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support:
- Provides administrative support for Corporate Sales team to achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Conducts thorough and timely system research based on individual account or team needs.
- Produces effective documentation and/or presentation of data to support sales efforts.
- Generates ad-hoc reports for internal and external usage.
- Prioritizes incoming work, responding and resolving requests in a timely manner.
- Effectively multi-tasks and redirects efforts as needed.
Client Service and Relationship Management:
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders on sales activities, customer needs and other business opportunities.
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Maintains consistent high quality of work, sense of urgency on customer needs and objectives.
- Coordinates cross functionally and drives successful outcomes.
Special Projects:
- Participates in varying assignments that uncover potential for new opportunities or drive revenue growth
- Supports implementation of continues improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Assist with training when necessary.
- Other Ad-hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-Year Degree desired or Equivalent Work Experience Required.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and prioritization of incoming work.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Products, with strengths in Excel (Pivot tables and V-Lookup)
- Strong Presentation Skills.
- Knowledge of / ability to quickly learn sales systems and resources utilized – Salesforce, Zoom Info, Cvent, Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability for travel – up to 10%.
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $48,960 to $61,200 annually plus commission via participation in Choice’s Global Sales Incentive Plan.
