At Domestic & General, we keep home life running. As a global leader in appliance care, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and fast, effective resolutions. We're now looking for a Claims Administrator to join our team in the US and help ensure customers receive the support they need, exactly when they need it.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a claims adjuster or similar role.
  • Customer service experience.
  • A genuine drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle high‑volume workloads.
  • Strong critical‑thinking, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
  • A reliable, positive, punctual, and energetic approach to work.
  • Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF), Google Docs, and email.

The Role

As a Claims Administrator, you’ll be the key point of contact between our customers and our service partners, ensuring extended warranty claims are handled quickly, accurately, and with empathy. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by managing the full lifecycle of claims—from initial review through to resolution—while ensuring compliance with warranty policies.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to grow within a supportive, customer‑first team.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare well‑defined and accurate warranty repair orders in line with policy and procedure.
  • Enter all required administrative data for each claim with precision.
  • Review claim history to avoid duplicates or repeat repair submissions.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and service dealers to coordinate repairs, authorizations, reimbursements, and next steps.
  • Escalate cases requiring additional review, authorization, or special assistance.
  • Communicate any changes or adjustments during the claims process to service dealers and internal management.
  • Process, track, and resolve returned, rejected, or adjusted claims through to final outcome.
  • Meet and maintain KPI expectations to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide occasional backup support to our Contact Center teams across general warranty inquiries, claims, credits, sales, and product registration.
