How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service maintaining professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while striving to achieve First Call Resolution whenever possible.
  • Accurately and efficiently document all customer interactions, including calls, chat, and case activity
  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence to resolve inquiries, recognizing that this is a service center focused on issue resolution rather than a traditional call center environment
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive customer focused work environment
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple systems, applications, and communication channels simultaneously
  • Adapt to changing processes and procedures while maintaining productivity and service quality

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Accounts Payable/Purchasing experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
