KellyConnect® is seeking customer service representatives who would communicate with current and prospective clients through outbound telephone calls to warm leads, with the goal of generating customer interest in further discussing options with a licensed sales consultant.

Compensation Details:

Pay rate - $18

Responsibilities

What’s a typical day as an Outbound Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Positively impacting the net written premium by directing marketing products and coverages to insureds and potential insureds.
• Contacting prospects, establishing rapport, and encouraging buying interest before transitioning customers to a licensed representative.
• Responding to a broad range of written inquiries, telephone inquiries and service requests.
• Promptly following up with scheduled call backs.
• Researching, analyzing, and addressing coverage inquiries including claim status and billing, providing rate quotes upon request.
• Entering basic information into the company database for multiple products and/or services as well as tracking outbound activity.
• Coding and submitting telephoned processing requests for endorsements, cancellations, and corrections.

Qualifications

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience in an outbound call center capacity
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong PC and software skills
• Have general technology savviness
