Want to help thousands of people discover exciting careers? Our Career Transition Coaches can work from home, with flexible/part-time hours. You will be compensated on an hourly basis, with 20-30% of your time spent on Customer Service and 70-80% of your time spent on Job Search Coaching. You will also be asked to document all of your activity in order to provide us with a full and accurate picture of each individual with whom you work.Career Transition Coaching is more than just job counseling: you will be trained in our proprietary job search program methodology so that you can effectively provide services such as mock interviews, interview preparation, networking, and other job search best practices. You’ll have the opportunity to connect virtually with individual participants over the phone and through email. Most important, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong connections with program participants as you help each transitioning employee uncover their next steps on their journey to a new job by making them feel cared for and motivated to move forward.Skill Set

  • 5-10 years of career coaching or agency recruiting experience a must
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required, Coaching Certification a plus
  • Experience in career services, recruiting or outplacement programs a plus
  • Strong comfort level communicating with managers and senior level executives
  • Strong sense of empathy, positive outlook, ability to motivate others
  • Excellent rapport building skills – a natural ability to make individuals feel cared about
  • Excellent listening skills, customer service, and proficiency with basic computer skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills are critical
  • Multi-tasking, follow-up, and strong organisational skills
  • Personal Computer meeting specific requirements.
  • High Speed internet service with 512 Kbps or better broadband internet access (Cable or DSL; no satellite or dial-up)
  • Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 7.0 / Firefox 3.0 or better
  • A home location where you can commit to work uninterrupted by others and one that is free from background noise such as: family members, appliances, traffic, pets, TV/music, etc.
