Sales Support Representative-Remote

Job Purpose Summary:

Achieve3000, Inc. is looking for a qualified Sales Support Administrator to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Making initial calls in response to inquiries of product interest
  • Research marketing campaign help and follow-up calls for specific potential target groups
  • Customer relations follow-up of current clients
  • Various activities that would help increase sales base

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales support role, experience in the education industry is highly preferred
  • Strong administrative and communication skills with the ability to identify all job-related duties within a team environment
  • Ability to enthusiastically function within a fast paced, entrepreneurial service and support culture
  • In- depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Must be located in the Southern California area
