We are looking for talented and competitive Virtual Recruiters to work from home and recruit candidates for our direct hire positions.


  • Source new candidates through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements for each role and project
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts and candidates, identify key players and generate interest
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals


  • Proven recruiting experience
  • Strong phone presence
  • Expert user of LinkedIn to source candidates and connect with them
  • Strong computer and database skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
