Full Time Guest Assistance Social Media Specialist - Work from Home

As a Guest Assistance Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for acting as the first point of service recovery for guests who have had an unpleasant experience at one of the hotels within the Hilton Portfolio of brands and comment through social media channels. You represent the Hilton Worldwide portfolio online through various social channels including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Flyertalk, Trip Advisor and blogs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • High level of comfort with Social Media and the Internet including Facebook and Twitter - as well as the ability to search the Internet for details.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service environment
  • 1+ years' working experience with MS Office and internet browsers.
  • Highly organized with superior communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task including, but not limited to, reading through streams while answering questions/reading e-mails, talking on the phone while typing on the computer, handling multiple complaints at the same time, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college
  • Ability to type minimum 40 WPM
  • Experience in one of the HRCC desks, such as Reservation Sales, Customer Care, Diamond Desk, and Guest Assistance.


  • Base pay for this position is $14.50 per hour.


  • We will offer onsite training at our office in Carrollton.

Schedule Requirements:

  • In this Full Time position you will need to be available to work a 40 hour work week. Schedules will include weekend hours and some holidays.
