Customer Service Representative (Work from Home)

Part Time Customer Service Representatives serve as team members of the Customer Service Department by answering telephone and email inquiries for our growing customer base. Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma with some college course work preferred. Must be a strong self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have an articulate and professional telephone manner. Previous experience in providing service to customers by telephone preferred, bilingual strongly preferred. List languages on resume/cover letter.

Persons hired for these part-time positions will participate in a 4- 6 week company-paid training program which will take place at the AKC corporate offices. Once training is completed the representative will work from home. AKC will provide the necessary equipment to perform the job duties; the employee is responsible for high-speed internet connectivity. Candidates must live within 50 miles of Raleigh/Durham/Research Triangle.

Training Hours are 1:00pm - 6:00pm (Monday through Friday)
Working Hours are up to 25 hours per week, between 8:30 am-8:00 pm, but we are looking for flexible availability between 2:00pm- 8:00pm (Monday through Friday)
