100% Remote, Real Estate Appointment Setter/Sales

This is a contract, part-time (25 hours max.) position to start. If you are a top performer, there is strong potential for full-time. Your advancement is in your hands and based on your performance. This is a 100% remote position.

Sales experience a MUST! Real estate background preferred.

We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual who would love a long-term opportunity to make money by setting appointments. You will follow simple yet proven appointment scripts guiding you to qualify prospects and to schedule appointments. If you're a top performer with strong sales skills, this is an opportunity to carve out an independent position for yourself and to potentially grow a whole department.

Job duties are simple:
► You will call provided warm/hot leads (real estate buyers and sellers) to make appointments for Realtor®.
► You will use MOJO to autodial hundreds of leads (some warm, some cold) a day.
► Using scripts, you will qualify prospects as to their readiness to buy or sell. Many leads are from prospects who have reached out to Realtor®. Some are "cold leads" from purchased calling lists that use predictive analytics (most likely to buy or sell).
► As you uncover real prospects, you set appointments with qualified leads who are ready NOW to sell or buy.
► When you uncover interested prospects who are not yet ready to buy or sell, you nurture that relationship until they are ready to take action.

► When you uncover non-qualified buyer leads, you refer then to lenders to get pre-qualified for a loan before setting an appointment and manage their process until qualified.
► You track all your daily call results in an Excel spreadsheet we provide, and your leads in Trello (simple to learn).
► You maintain the relationship with the lead by following up, confirming appointments, and tracking details of all conversations in database.

We need a sharp, charismatic, fast learner who is driven to succeed and make $$$$.

► You must have sales experience and know how to close.
► If you also have previous real estate experience, we want to speak with you.
► You will be coached by a real estate sales expert with 30 years experience. If you are coachable, and willing to follow a proven marketing process, you will upgrade your sales skills.
► You have a strong work ethic and an even stronger drive for financial reward.

► You are reliable and self-disciplined and likely have previous work-at-home experience.

► To succeed, you need to be self-motivated, results-oriented, goal-driven, and resilient against rejection.

► You have a polished professional phone voice.
► Your home office equipment must meet our technical requirements (private quiet professional setting, no distractions, no noises, good Internet, computer, scanner, noise-cancelling headphones).

Extensive Virtual Training Available!

Typically, your hours worked will be either 8:00 AM to noon or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST MON – FRI. You'll need to have some flexibility on hours as need arises. The number of starting part-time hours is negotiable depending on your wage requirements and experience.

We are looking for an individual with the capacity to eventually train and supervise several appointment setters. Additional opportunities will be offered as your results are proven.

Minimum wage base salary to start. In addition, there is a GENEROUS bonus program for appointments set, for exceeding quotas, and for appointments that end in closed sales.
