As a Telephone Customer Service Representative (CSR), you work as an Independent Contractor out of your home office using a PC, telephone, noise cancelling headset, and a hardwire internet connection. You can always set your own hours. You can also pick the client you want to represent. It's a great opportunity for financial freedom and growth of your home based business.

Below is a partial scope of services expected of you for this contract


You would need to be prepared to register for 2-4 weeks of training to get certified/qualified to work for a client;

Mon-Fri for 4 hours/day for the chosen client.

Upon certification, be prepared to:

· Speak with customers via phone or chat, focusing on product related

questions, data entry and company's portal navigation.

· Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for


· Be a positive upbeat representative for our clients and their

products; initiate a caring and empathetic approach to customer

interactions when necessary.

· Articulate how to use the product accurately and efficiently resolve

customer inquiries on the first contact.

· Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to

effectively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical inquiries.

· Act as a technical resource when assisting customers to resolve

problems with devices and equipment.

· Provide support via phone and/or one-way video and screen share
