Discovery Service Representative: Work From Home

The Discovery Service Team (DST) At Home Agent will be responsible for new Discovery member welcome calls, product education, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), reservation assistance, and communication. They will coordinate with the sales centers to provide the member profile information to help drive incremental sales efficiencies and tour penetration. Time allocated will be 100% spent on direct customer contact and related program questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively encourage Members to travel using a structured contact process.
  • Discuss resort options, help complete reservations and explain Discovery rules.
  • Collect member profile information by inbound/outbound calls.
  • Return phone calls and e-mails promptly and conduct post-stay surveys.
  • Create inbound reports by outlining the members profile information and distribute to site management prior to the members arrival.
  • Being able to work a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of WVR Resort system and Discovery business rules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Being self motivated and the ability to work independently and with a group
  • Current Real Estate License

Preferred Qualifications

  • WVO sales experience
  • Proficiency with WVR Mainframe (CSS)
  • CRM experience (ie. Salesforce)
