Dispatcher or Scheduler -- Work from home

Growing company is searching for an after-business hours dispatcher/scheduler. Job responsibilities include:

+ Monitor software to make sure employees have clocked in properly

+ Answer telephone for any emergency issues after normal business hours

+ Schedule employees and appointments when/if cancellations or changes in schedules occur.

Skill set necessary:

+ Basic computer skills

+ Excellent problem solving skills

+ Excellent telephone skills and manners

+ Ability to occasionally work under pressure without appearing rattled

+ Ability to treat everyone with respect

Other important information:

+ This is an position that can be worked from home. We provide computer software and telephone.

+ Only self-starters need apply.
