Work from home this summer! We are seeking dedicated customer service reps for a remote opportunity with one of the country's leading educational organizations! Must be available between the hours of 8am-8pm.

Pay: $14.25 an hour

Address: Work from Home (One day of onsite equipment pick-up & training)

Hours: Must be able flexible between the hours of 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday-Friday (set schedule given after training)

Mandatory Training Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30 pm for at least 3 weeks (no scheduled time off during training)

Start Date: Monday, May 15th

Subscription Management Representative: Responsible for researching and creating license details in various access management systems, sending welcome emails to customers with platform access information, completing order details and answering customer inquiries during or after activation concerning licensing, start/end dates.

  1. Essential Accountabilities:
    1. Perform other duties as may be assigned
    2. Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and quality metrics
    3. Participates in testing new systems and applications as assigned
    4. Troubleshoot and provide customer support about registration, licensing, account expiration dates, and additional services
    5. Identify renewal/expansion/software issues – escalate to the appropriate area.
    6. Provide customer support regarding account set-up and license use inquiries.
      • Intermediate proficiency/experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Internet)
