We are looking for recruiters who don't mind being on the phone and talking to people. This person must also be business minded and have a great heart.

You will be joining our team of driven, passionate and ambitious professionals. Work from home and help us find talent!

Who am I recruiting?

We need help hiring people who will sell life insurance. Our company receives on average 10,000-20,000 responses from people who want to protect their family with life insurance. Our company simply sells life insurance to the people who ask for it.

We need more agents so we can keep up with the demand. That's why you're hearing from us. We have a proven system for recruiting applicants, but we need help talking to them all.

Position Details:

- 20-25 hrs/wk (part-time)
- Uncapped commissions (Expected 1st year income $55k-$75k part-time)
- Can create own working schedule
- Remote position (work from anywhere)
- Get promoted every 2 months
- Get residual income on people you hire
- Numerous incentive trips

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and perform phone interviews directly with candidates
- Build candidate pipeline through job postings, networking and referrals
- Assist with getting new agents started
- Conversion of 8-12 hires per week

Qualifications:

-Preferred 1+ year previous recruitment/human resources experiences (BUT NOT REQUIRED,
WE TRAIN PEOPLE THAT ARE COACHABLE)
- Ability to work in a fast environment
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Desire to have unlimited earning potential that is reflective of your effort
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be comfortable talking on the phone

**Cannot have any felonies
**Must get an Insurance licensed by the state, which is a quick process
