Virtual Recruiter- (part-time, 1099, sourcer)

Virtual Sourcer/Recruiter Overview
This is a work at home position. Source and do a quick phone/email screen of candidates in jobs like Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Class A CDL Drivers.

The ideal candidate can work independently and has access to job boards or other sources (such as LinkedIn, niche sites, Indeed, etc) to identify candidates. This is a remote 1099 commission role. So you can live anywhere (including countries outside of the USA).

Duties
The independent recruiter will work remotely to source and identify possible candidates using their own job boards or other recruiting resources, contact the candidates, do a brief phone screen, and then forward the candidate's resume. There is no sales or business development involved.

Hours
This is a part-time role that may take only about 1-2 hours a day or 1-10 hours a week.

Compensation
Compensation is commission. Many of the high volume quick turnaround positions pay between $1,000-$1,500 per placement. We do have other positions that pay over $10,000 per placement but most of our jobs are high volume positions like drivers and sales reps.

Required Skills/Experience
Proven previous recruiting experience preferred.
Desire to work part time in a commission based performance structure.
Patience. It will take time to know our process, our clients, and to find exactly what they are looking for.
