Customer Service / Appointment Setting - (Call Center, Work From Home)

Description
We're looking for someone who can help support our Sales team by helping to receive/make calls, schedule appointments, and filter customers so that their business can be addressed in a timely, prioritized manner. This is a work from home position, and a great opportunity for someone with previous Call Center experience. A good PC/internet connection are required for this position. 20-40 hours/wk to start, depending on your skillsets and the amount of responsibility you can assume. Salary is negotiable.

Job Functions

  • Communicate with customers by telephone obtain information, schedule appointments, and cultivate relationships
  • Record/view leads/calls in our website (CRM software/ZOHO) to keep an accurate call log, to record appointments, and to follow up with customers
  • Provide general support to the Sales team, as specified/where needed.

Required Skills

  • Very strong communication skills - written and oral
  • Moderate PC/internet skills (Microsoft Office skills, able to do basic internet research)
  • Previous experience in a Call Center, or Telephone-based work role
  • Previous experience with using software (ie: a CRM) to track/follow up on callers
