Noteworthy Details

• This is a 100% commission based opportunity with typical earnings ranging from $50k - $150k per year, yet limitless based on effort and results

• Successful partners may be invited to a buy-in Market Partner program with potential increased commission structure or growth into a leadership role

• Partner as an independent contractor under your own small business LLC

• Improve work/life balance while working from your home office

• This is a sales minded position that includes cold calling on a daily basis

• Day to day focus on generating new business, sourcing and interviewing job seekers and working with clients to introduce our candidates for their job opportunities

• Daily efforts include: extensive phone time, web cam interviews and meetings, as well as in person interviewing and client meetings

• Being organized, highly disciplined and having excellent time management skills are traits that are essential to success


• 5+ years hotel/restaurant operations experience in leadership position such as a Regional or Area Director, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Managing Partner, Director of Sales, Recruiting Manager, Human Resource Manager or experience in a strong sales position in hotel, food service or hospitality company. 

• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a passion and knowledge of the hospitality industry 

• Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in a professional home office environment
