Customer Sales Representative/Telemarketer Work from home

We are looking for talented , driven and competitive Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable taking a large number of inbound & outbound calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Do you build rapport quickly over the phone? We are looking for a person with an outgoing personality. Someone that has great verbal communication and loves talking to people on the phones for hours and is driven by results. This person does not take no for an answer easily and is motivated by the opportunity to increase your income based on closing sales. This person also has fun with their strengths and plays up to them to get the job done.
Job Activities will include making phone calls daily to hit weekly appointment setting goals. Learning proven scripts, attending coaching calls, learning systems and for increasing your conversion of new leads. Position will also have an element of customer service which includes answering questions from current customers, changing their appointments and redirecting calls to other team members.
We are looking for positive energy, a willingness to learn and is motivated by increasing their income by achieving results. Training, coaching, systems and leads provided. Must be efficient with computers & typing; Apple/MAC helpful and have the ability to multitask. FULL TIME / multiple shifts available.
Aggressive Commission only program
- Source new sales opportunities through existing leads and outbound warm calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Build pipeline and close deals
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and phone presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
