Marketing Coordinator – Part-Time

Pasaban Accounting Solutions is a fun team of accounting professionals passionate about leveraging technology to provide financial clarity and drive business growth. Our services range from cloud accounting systems design and implementation, accounting management, back office support and controller/vCFO advisory services for small businesses.

We are seeking a marketing professional who is a growth oriented, self-starter, detailed, and a team player to work in a virtual environment with hours ranging from 20-30+ hours per week. Pasaban Accounting Solutions is a growing company and are seeking the assistance of a driven and motivated team member to help us grow. Although this is currently a part-time position, we are looking for individuals who want to grow, long-term, with an exceptional team. This is a great opportunity for someone who desires to work from home and in the field with flexible, part-time hours in a dynamic, remote environment.

Core responsibilities may include:

Working with the Marketing Director and Business Development Manager to accomplish goals and strategies in the following areas:

  • Collateral creation
  • Website improvement and maintenance
  • Social media management
  • Maintaining partnership relations
  • Networking
  • Management of case studies, testimonials, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management (preferred)
  • Provide a track record of proven success through a portfolio, case studies, and/or examples of work experience accomplishments
  • Must have outstanding organizational skills and a tenacity for follow through
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - by phone, email and in person
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness, excellent judgment, and great problem-solving skills
  • Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of client matters
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe
  • Team oriented and flexible
