You must use good grammar and enunciate well, speaking with executives in a friendly, confident manner. You need to type notes of your conversation into the prospect's record. You will have a script to guide you but are expected to speak conversationally and relate to people. We use a computer-assisted program that will dial the phone numbers for you and show the person's name on your computer screen. The computer system tracks all calls and may record the conversations. You will receive excellent training that will help you throughout your career.
