Third Shift At-Home Email/Chat Associate
San Antonio, TX - Must be located in San Antonio, TX

Email/Chat Associate that will handle customer interactions at-home with the possibility of some required travel to the call center.

Demonstrate a passion for exceeding customer expectations, accuracy, and efficiency when resolving customer inquiries.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, accurately, and independently with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot technology issues as they occur
Maintain safe workspace in a quiet area with no distractions

Must be located in San Antonio, TX
Successfully completed Service Training
Must be comfortable with troubleshooting technology issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrate excellence and consistency in call, email, and chat quality (IQA)
Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and with a high level of professional integrity.
Must be willing to provide cable internet connection meeting the technical requirements for participation in the J.Crew At-Home program
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be EIM trained.
Must currently have or be willing to acquire homeowners/renters insurance that covers the business equipment. (Typically minimum general liability coverage of $100,000 with $2,500 specifically for business equipment). J. Crew may, at its sole discretion, agree to less on a case-by-case basis.
