Looking for a Social Media Executive and Content writer to manage our company social media accounts and write content for us. This is a permanent/long term position but a part-time work from home profile. You will be working 80 hours per month for us.

You will need to visit office every 1-2 weeks for reporting and taking updates.

Candidates staying in eastern Pune(Camp/MG Road till kharadi/chandan nagar) will be prefered(not mandatory) as our office is located in Vishrantwadi.

Qualifications and Skills

-Freshers will be considered.

-Any qualification is fine, what we need is that your written english should be very good and you should be able to meet deadlines and complete work in time.

-It will be an added advantage if you have technical background as our company is a software company. But this is not essential as you will not be writing technical content. You will only be writing domain specific content.

All the content will be in 3-4 specific domain i.e. food delivery, travel and online travel booking trend(related to airbnb), mobile apps trend specially mobile commerce(like flipkart and amazon) and custom t shirt designing and ordering and similar like http://www.vistaprint.in/. Example content you will be writing will be - "write a 500 word article on Benefits of getting food delivered at home for working people"

Job Profile and Tasks break-up

30 hours - write 7/8 articles of 500 word each[approx 3.5/4 hours each per article]

20 hours - Build Links - create 100 links. This task involves creating accounts and profiles on different websites and post our website link there. [Approx 12 mins per link posting]

30 hours - Managing our social media profiles i.e Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and G+. This would involve posting and sharing content like blog/news/interesting and engaging updates on technology etc. on our social media profiles. Increase our likes/followers and engagement with users and build/engage/increase our social media following. Interact with our users and pass on potential customers to our team. Get graphics done(from our designer) for different kind of postings. Refine content and write short content etc. There will be other misc. tasks in this.

Filter - clarify on salary(5k per month) and our expectations. Should be able to converse in good english on phone. If fine then we move ahead with a test of 2 hours. The candidate will be given a topic to write an article on and time of 2 hours. Candidate has to finish that within 2 hours and send to us. Can refer the net but the output of the article has to be unique. This will be checked https://www.plagiarismsoftware.net/

The article will be marked on quality factor [proper grammer, clear language] and how interesting/engaging is the article and it should not fail the online plagarism test.

Once the plagarism test is cleared then F2F interview and final offer. This will be contract employment offer.
