Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30am – 2:30pm. Saturdays and evenings also available.
We are seeking motivated people who want the flexibility and privilege of working from home taking in-bound calls to obtain auto insurance quotes. This is a high volume customer relations center environment.
Pay rate is $12.00 per hour.
An Insurance Producer License is needed for the position, but not required to apply. CURE will provide the necessary training and opportunity for you to obtain the required insurance licensing!
Paid Training: Work from home after 1 week of insurance school in Mount Laurel, NJ, plus 3-4 weeks of onsite training in Princeton, NJ.

•To succeed in this position, you must be able to work independently, multi-task, and be detail-oriented.
•Bilingual (speaking proficiency) in Spanish a plus.
•Prior experience in Customer Service and/or in a Call Center a plus, but not required.
•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills are required.
•Must be customer focused and display a professional phone manner.
•Bachelors Degree a plus.
•Must have strong computer proficiency.
This customer service position is a tele-worker position, meaning you work from your home answering calls, emails, and using the Internet. Customer Relations Advisors must have a high speed home internet connection, windows computer, phone (cell or land), designated home office or quiet work space.
