100% Remote - You will work from home - Must Live In Texas Bilingual Position - We are looking to grow our team with people who speak more than one language. This is a part time position working between 28 - 32 hours each week, however you are eligible for full time benefits. You must be available to work between the hours of 6am - midnight. You will not work all of these hours, but you must be available during ALL of these times. You will work short shifts throughout the day. Virtual Receptionist Duties
  • Answering incoming calls, cheerfully
  • Helping people, including callers, our clients, co-workers, and the company
  • Taking messages
  • Answering callers' questions
  • Transferring calls
  • Representing our clients in a cheerful and professional manner 24/7
Virtual Receptionist Requirements
  • Bilingual, speaks a language other than English
  • Cheerful attitude and demeanor
  • Typing, Spelling & Grammar Skills
  • Available to work anytime between the hours of 6:00 am and Midnight
Equipment Requirements
  • Dedicated work space, that is private, free from noise and distractions
  • Wired high speed internet connection (5 mbps)
  • Computer running windows 7 or higher
    • Must Support Dual Monitors
  • Two 19 Inch Monitors
    • If you're using a laptop, a monitor of at least 15 inches will be accepted
    • Second monitor can be purchased after you're hired, but before training begins
  • Web Cam
  • Wired Keyboard
    • Must have Function Keys, and 10-Key Pad
  • Wired Mouse
  • Wired USB Headset

  • Is able to easily navigate basic computer functions
  • Has experience in customers service, or as a receptionist
  • Thrives in a group, and independently as well
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral
